My first weeks in Hogwarts

Lesson 2 - Personal Journal .
I have survived the second Charms class! I'm still excited and eager to do my homework, something I had never ever happened . I have a lot of essays to do and do practice for classes. I finish exhausted, but all it's for a good reason!
Honestly, all introductory classes always seemed boring to me, even when I was in the muggle school, but it is something that can't be avoided. Luckily, today's class started with action! The teacher started talking about the power of magic. Almost hypnotized me when he started talking about it, made me even more excited to start! The theme of today's class was the flight charms. It wasn't very difficult to understand, but I found it difficult to perform the spell and learn to move the wand. Despite being half blood, my parents never let me play a wand, just for precaution. Enough disasters was caused by me without having a wand in my hand.
I got very nervous when I tried to practice the floating charm. Despite being a simple incantation , I couldn't focus all my mental component and my energy into the spell. As time pass, I got more nervous and less could still perform the spell . I finished with aching head for the effort that I made. I decided to end the class, wait to return to the quiet bedroom and do practice. I hope I have better luck next class.

Lesson 3 - Personal Journal
Hey! Every day I have to study more and read a lot, but I do it with enthusiasm! :) The third week at Hogwarts has gone fast and I started to socialize more with my classmates in each class, they are all so friendly! I miss my parents, but we keep in touch by mail through Purkinje, my owl .
I have good news! When I returned from the previous class, I began to practice what I had failed to do during the class, and guess what? I could manage to do all spells! Sure, I noticed that I missed a bit of force, but everything can be solved with more practice, right?

Today's class helped me to practice the wand movement, which had cost me the last class. Today I learned a spell in particular: Alohomora . Can you believe it? It's the same spell that appeared in a movie I saw 5 months ago! I never thought it was a real spell, amazing! From the moment I read the textbook, I keep practicing on all closed objects I find. A little backward S that curves upward at the back end and Alohomora !
